Our Challenge

Global IP Networks has provided high-touch, client-focused IT and data hosting services since 2001. Despite managing two best-in-class data centers in Texas and maintaining a team of dedicated, certified experts, the company faced the challenge of standing out in a market dominated by massive public cloud providers. To reclaim its position as a premier provider for mission-critical industries like healthcare and finance, Global IP Networks needed to move beyond being a "commodity" hardware and software provider and emphasize the human expertise that truly drives its technical success.

Our Approach

We developed an integrated brand and marketing strategy centered on the concept of "Tenacious Technology". This strategy highlights the company's core belief that while technology is essential, it is the dedicated people behind it who make the difference. We translated this into a comprehensive brand platform and a new visual identity that emphasized high energy, perpetual motion, and the passionate commitment of their team.

To bring this story to life, we executed a multi-channel campaign:

  • Web Development & Content: We rebuilt the Global IP Networks website to clearly articulate their story and technical expertise.

  • Sales & Marketing Tools: We created a suite of materials, including a 2021 Brand Guide, pitch decks, and oversized sales collateral.

  • Digital Presence: We established a robust content marketing program, featuring a regular cadence of LinkedIn posts and educational blog articles focused on secure colocation, disaster planning, and data migration.

  • Targeted Outreach: We developed awareness campaigns using banner ads on industry-specific forums like WebHostingTalk and initiated thought leadership pieces to further establish their authority.

Our Results

By repositioning Global IP Networks around "Tenacious Technology," we transformed their market presence into a more visible and actionable brand. The work provided the company with a sharper narrative that resonated with IT Managers, CTOs, and CIOs, aligning their sales and marketing around the idea that "People make the difference".

Strategic digital initiatives successfully drove engagement and brand authority:

  • Increased Lead Generation: Targeted banner campaigns were deployed to drive traffic directly to high-value service pages, such as secure colocation.

  • Strengthened Client Partnerships: The repositioning efforts were highly valued by leadership, with CEO Reyner Natahamidjaja noting that PositiveBrand helped them "turn complex technology into clear, compelling marketing" and became a "trusted extension" of their team.

  • Operational Consistency: The development of the Brand Guide ensured that all global communications—from workflow charts to social media—remained consistent and professional.
