Meet the Team
Mike Heronime is the founder of Positive Brand. He has helped Fortune 500 companies like American Airlines, ExxonMobil, Intel, Pepsi, Sara Lee, Subaru, Texas Instruments and Unilever grow their revenue through strategic and creative marketing solutions. Revolution Magazine named his Pepsistuff campaign as The Best Consumer Marketing Campaign of the Year. Adweek calls him an expert on online advertising. The United States Air Force, America’s Blood Centers, the University of Texas, Southern Methodist University, Texas Christian University, and Oklahoma University have each invited Mike to speak with their organizations on the subject of online marketing. Mike has also been honored for his work by the Cannes Festival, London’s International Advertising Awards, The American Advertising Federation, and the One Show.
For over 14 years Tara has been a leader in advertising. She has been responsible for managing account service teams and their clients such as Good Days, Taylor Hooton Foundation, TIGI, Centurion America, Christian Brothers Automotive and Fisher Clinical Services. Her experience has included work in database marketing for Zale Corporation and Omnicom agencies where she worked on brands such as Honda, Acura, Direct Energy, and Michaels Arts & Crafts. She has extensive experience with branding, direct mail, email, television, radio, OOH, print, database marketing, content marketing, social media, SEO, non-profit, and web-based projects. Outside the world of advertising, she is a yoga instructor and enjoys dedicating her time to helping others through yoga instruction and yoga teacher training programs.
Hedi Fard started her career as an art director and designer for advertising and public relations firms in Tehran before moving to the United States in 2013. Since that time, Hedi has worked as a Production Designer for Calise Partners before she was hired as Art Director for Positive Brand where she has worked for clients such as HomeVestors, Service Experts, GoodYear, Pinnacle Graphics, My Joy Yoga, Live Energy and Good Days. Hedi is also an internationally celebrated artist. Her paintings have been featured in exhibitions in Tehran, Dubai, and New Zealand. Her paintings were also the leading feature of a special International exhibition in the LuminArte Art Gallery in Dallas, Texas.
